Our firm is led by Atty. Gladys N. Nalda, a lawyer by profession, corporate executive, and sustainability advocate.
She obtained her degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Santo Tomas. She also completed a Certificate on International and Comparative Laws from the Institut International des Droit de L' Homme at the University of Strasbourg in France.
She was admitted to the Philippine bar and began her law practice in 2005. After more than a decade in litigation and dispute resolution, she started to specialize in commercial and business law. She served as Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary for various domestic and regional companies.
She also served as a Legal Consultant for several government entities such as the Department of Transportation and Communication (Right of Way Projects), the Department of Interior & Local Government (Special Projects), and the Department of Energy (Renewable Energy Projects).
She is the former Vice President for Legal & Corporate Affairs of PNOC Renewables Corporation, the renewable energy subsidiary of the state-owned Philippine National Oil Company Group of Companies. Concurrent with this role, she worked with affiliates and partners of the DOE in developing policy regulations to improve the renewable energy sector of the country.
She is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, the Energy Lawyers Association of the Philippines, and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
She is an advocate of clean energy, environment, and education.
